SHIPPING

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Deliveries are made, on average, within 1-3 business days of your order being confirmed (Sundays and holidays not included).

Some postcodes will require a longer shipping window. For an estimate for your postcode, please reach out to our support team here.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped, allowing you to track your order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Standard shipping for any order of less than £25 is £2.45 and shipping is always FREE for any order of £25 or more.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking tracking number. 

THE TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING.

We’re sorry to hear that! Depending on your location, your package may have been left with a neighbour or a local shop. Please continue to refer back to the tracking page for more details. If the status doesn’t change within 48 hours, please contact our support team with your order number for additional help.

ORDER ISSUES

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM MY ORDER.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please first check your spam, and then contact our support team here to request that it be resent.

I WOULD LIKE TO MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER

Once you place your order, we, unfortunately, can’t modify or cancel your order. However, you can exchange or return your products within 30 days, once you receive your package.

I MADE A MISTAKE ENTERING MY MAILING ADDRESS.

If the delivery address you entered is incorrect or incomplete, please contact our support team here as quickly as possible. We can only modify delivery address within 12 hours of order confirmation.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT OR SHADE.

We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the product received in error and send it, along with your order number, to our support team. We will then be able to send you the correct replacement.

I AM MISSING ITEM(S) IN MY ORDER.

Oh no! Please take a photo of the your opened package with the products you did receive and send it, along with your order number, to support@wunder2.com. We will then be able to send you the missing product.

I RECEIVED BROKEN ITEM(S) IN MY ORDER.

Please take a photo of the defective or damaged product and send it, along with your order number, to support@wunder2.com. We will then be able to send you a replacement.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT.

If you’re not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can always return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your package. Please contact us here to complete your return or exchange.

CAN I STILL RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT AFTER 30 DAYS?

Our return and exchange policy is for 30 days, starting the day you receive your package. We are not able to process returns or exchanges after 30 days.

I RETURNED MY ORDER, WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

REFUNDS: we will process your refund as soon as your package reaches our warehouse. The refund takes up to 10 business days once the process has begun, and will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order.

EXCHANGES: We will process your exchange as soon as your package reaches our warehouse. Exchanges are then handled in the same way as a new order; you will receive and email confirmation, followed by a shipping notification once the package is on its way.

You can opt in to receive our emails in the footer of every page of our website. You will receive updates, access to exclusive deals and be the first to know about new products. When you opt in to receive our emails you are opting in to both WUNDER2 and Casa Zeta-Jones x WUNDER2 emails.

If you no longer wish to subscribe to receive our emails, you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer in one of our emails.

Please note when you unsubscribe from WUNDER2 emails, you are not opted out from receiving Casa-Zeta Jones emails and vice versa. You can unsubscribe from each in the footer.

Please note, once you unsubscribe, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect.

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend on all WUNDER2 and Casa-Zeta-Jones products on our website.

You can also earn points by:

Creating an account: 300 points (if you already have an account this will already be applied to your balance)

Referring a friend: 1000 points

Leaving a review: 100 points

Liking us on Facebook: 45 points

Following us on Instagram: 45 points

HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?

Once you’ve hit 500 points you can start spending. Every 500 points = $5 off that you can redeem at checkout

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

You can see how many points you’ve earned by logging into your account.

CAN I EARN OR REDEEM POINTS ON IN-STORE PURCHASES?

No. Wunderclub is exclusive to Wunder2.co.uk so points can be earned or redeemed on any of the products on our website.

CAN I USE MY POINT DISCOUNTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHER DISCOUNTS?

No, your WUNDERCLUB discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other code-based offers or discounts.

CAN I CHOOSE MY FREE BIRTHDAY AND TIER GIFTS?

The free Birthday gift and free gift for entering a tier have been selected by us and we know you’re going to love them!

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A WUNDER2 ACCOUNT?

If you already have an account with Wunder2 then you’ve been auto-enrolled into WunderClub! Click here to check out your new account and see your points, including your 300 bonus sign-up points.

HOW LONG DO POINTS TAKE TO APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT?

Some of your points will appear immediately! Others may take 7 days to be added and some (for purchasing a product or referring a friend) will show in your account immediately but can't be redeemed for 31 days. If it's been longer than 31 days and any of your points aren't appearing, please contact us and we'll be able to assist!
